Evelyn M. Hale

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mrs. Hale has over 50 years of accounting experience whereas she has maintained a sound reputation in forensic accounting, auditing and statistical reporting. Mrs. Hale utilizes all of this impressive background to her position as the Chief Financial Officer of The Gentile Group, LLC.

Evelyn devised a spectacular report that provides a complete picture of a company’s financial position. This report was first utilized when she was with The Wyndham Organization, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Accounting 1999 – 2005. It continues to be a remarkable asset in her position with TGG. Mrs. Hale has been with TGG since it acquired eight properties from TWOI in August 2007.

Previously, Mrs. Hale joined The Wyndham Organization, Inc. in 1999. She was fully responsible for all corporate financials as well as the analytical detail for the accounting of TWOI’s commercial, industrial, and residential properties including construction draws. Evelyn provided audit support to external auditors and wrote reports in the accounting system to provide financial data to the Chairman and the President/COO. She kept the staff cognizant of Workers’ Compensation law revisions related to vendors and maintains a manual concerning the State of Florida Sales Tax associated with rent and common area maintenance. She also performed research and created tutorial accounting procedures for the staff. Evelyn remained with TWOI to closeout all accounts upon the sale of eight assets to The Gentile Group, LLC.

In 1992, she was the business owner of Hale Services where she provided her clients with all the necessary tools to maintain sound accounting books and tax assistance.

In 1990, Evelyn was the Corporate Accountant for Paperback Palace Management, Inc. and utilized her accounting and auditing background for their chain of bookstores. During her tenure at PPMI, she created and implemented a Procedural Corporate Manual and a detailed Employee Manual. She was the Fuel Controller at Signature Flight Support at the St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport where she also designed and implemented procedures for security and office flow in 1999.

In 1976, Mrs. Hale was the Inventory Control Accountant at Titleist Golf, a division of the Acushnet Company in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Evelyn maintained records of inventory for the Corporate Office as well as the Club Sales and Club Distribution Centers.
